TasCollege General English offers a range of English classes in Melbourne and Hobart to prepare the student to live, study and work in Australia. 

Our General English program focuses on the foundational language and skills you need, providing a solid base in grammar and the core skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

TasCollege General English (ELICOS) program is aimed at non-native English speakers or people with a minimum to the average level of English competency. Students will learn with experienced and qualified teachers in small class sizes. 

The objective of this General English-speaking course is to help you gain confidence in everyday situations and prepare you for real-life English-speaking environments. This course also prepares the student to pursue vocational education and training in Australia.
