Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

TasCollege conducts the LLN test using LLN Robot during the orientation to assess the students’ support requirements during their course.
TasCollege will employ a range of assessment methods that are fair, valid, reliable and reasonable while ensuring they meet the requirements of the relevant Training Package and the rules of evidence.
Assessments for this course have been designed for classroom-based face-to-face delivery and assessment. Assessments will include a range of assessment tasks such as written, practical, project, case study and observation tasks, undertaken at prescribed assessment schedules.
After achieving this qualification, candidates may progress to higher level qualifications within and/or across the business and management sector including Master of Business and/or Management or a range of other Master’s qualifications.
